Member Registration Instructions

Our Member View pages are password protected, as a result all members will need to register in order to access the members-only area. Enter your Member Number, First Name and Last Name as they appear on your account statement. For detailed instructions, please click here.
Your Member Number is the number on your SCPD ID card
The name you enter must match the name in the HOA data base which is typically the name on your purchase deed. No nicknames
When you have completed all three fields, click Validate. If successful you will be directed to the next page where you will enter a Username and set your Password.
Your User Name must be your Member Number, see your Member Card for your number

If you have trouble registering, CLICK HERE to open the online form, complete the form and hit the Submit button. When the HOA receives your form, the HOA will register you and send you a confirmation within a few business days.
